Rental Policies:
Payment Policy: We require 50% down payment with balance due 30 days after down payment. Credit Card payments require 3.5% charge attached.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellation 45 days prior to arrival in writing less 7% cancelation fee. 44 to 31 days before arrival receive 60% refund, 30 days and less receive no refund. We ask that you purchase travel insurance to assist you with cancellations.
Guest must be at least 25 years old to rent. False applications are cause for evictions.
