As soon as you open the front door you will be welcomed by the relaxing coastal décor of the open floor plan great room. Floor to ceiling windows give you the full view of the Gulf and two sliding doors open right onto your spacious private balcony!  The casual great room is furnished with two full size leather sofas. Kick back and relax by the ocean with a large flat screen TV. Relax and enjoy a great book and watch the beach from inside or on the balcony.

The tropical inspired dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 with 3 bar stools for added seating. This is a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The table is a great place for making memories as you play cards or board games.The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal, a quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, a blender, coffee makers, and more!  This modern kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, tile backsplash and granite counter tops. The ceiling detail and lighting are beautiful, too. There is a separate pantry for storage and also a full size washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The Master Suite with its calming coastal décor has a comfy king-sized bed, a private en-suite bath that offers a vanity with plenty of storage space, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower! The second bedroom also has a king -sized bed and direct acces to the other bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV..  You'll love our luxury high thread count linens and fluffy white towels.

There are onsite dining options at Edgewater including Oceans Grille which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The balcony is also a wonderful place for dining and drinks!

The Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure and there are 4 heated hot tubs around the pool and ocean side. Each Tower has its own private pool--there are a total of 11 pools on the property. Across the walkway there is a nine hole par 3 golf course and a gym. There are also tennis and pickleball courts, as well as shuffleboard and basketball courts.  All except for golf are free to guests.  For golf, check with the pro shop for pricing and tee times.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grille beachfront restaurant which is open from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm and provides room service and poolside dining, Pizza Hut and Edgie's sundries and Starbucks Shoppe. The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and tram service for the entire complex.

Cleanliness is always a main focus. Because of Covid-19, we are re-doubling our efforts to make sure that you remain as safe as possible while on vacation with us.We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels soap and shampoo in your rental.  Other provisions are available at a nearby Publix Supermarket and Walmart.

We follow the CDC's guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to your arrival. We disinfect all high touch surfaces with CDC recommended products. We clean all hard surface floors with steam mops. We take special care to wipe down everything in bathrooms and kitchens. All doorknobs, faucets, towel bars, countertops, tables and light switches are sanitized. Our laundry is sent out to a professional service for high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything and finish off with a Sanix fog treatment just to be sure nothing was missed. Sanix is a commercial grade germicide, that allows us to do this final disinfection without having to touch anything in the property. We also have ozone generators that are used for additional disinfection when properties are vacant for more than 24 hours or if there are additional concerns that need to be addressed.
