Enjoy your vacation getaway, or a long weekend, or your winter stay in our beautiful, spacious, 1-bedroom condo, which has been newly renovated and redecorated. Our condo is very conveniently located on the 1st floor, in a family oriented complex. It's right on the beach in the Mariner West complex, on the "quiet" side of Panama City Beach. It has a great view of the Gulf of America. This beautiful 1-bedroom condo will make you feel right at home, with it's fully equipped large kitchen, dining area, 2 full bathrooms - one with a new tub/shower combo and one with a new walk-in shower, and a VERY spacious living room, plus it also has a laundry room with a washer & a dryer and various beach toys and chairs. It is located right on the Gulf and is just minutes away to St. Andrew Bay State Park, night clubs, great food, golf courses, amusement parks, water sports rentals, and everything else that the Panama City Beach area has to offer.
The Living room is very spacious and has a queen size sofa sleeper with a very comfortable mattress, 2 recliners, a comfy leather chair and a swivel chair. You can see the gulf and the pool right from the living room or while you are relaxing on the private patio. There is a new 65" SmartTV with cable in the living room. The snack bar with 2 chairs faces the large and fully equipped kitchen, including full sized appliances, a refridgerator, stove. dishwasher, microwave, lots of dishes, utensils, cookware, toaster, regular coffeemaker & also a Keurig, plus a crock pot, blender - everything you need and it's right next to the beautiful 'mirrored' dining room. There is a full sized bathroom across from the kitchen.
All linens are provided (except your beach towels).
The bedroom has a new 43 " flat screen TV mounted on the wall with cable TV, two queen size beds (new Beauty rest mattresses). In the closet is an iron and ironing board. There is an adjoining full sized bathroom which has a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been updated with new vanities, mirrors, and LED lights, plus hair dryers in each bathroom.
No more using a coin operated washer and dryer to do your laundry because this condo also has its own laundry room. There may be swim noodles, beach toys, and a few adult beach chairs in the laundry room for you to use during your stay.
You will feel very much at home here and will enjoy the extra room whether there are just the two of you or a family of six. We put your comfort and needs in mind when we redecorated and refurnished this condo. We installed sound reducing doors on the bathrooms and bedroom.
No waiting for elevators because it is on the 1st floor, which makes it so much easier when you need to go back to the condo to grab something you forgot to take to the pool or the beach or when you go shopping and are unloading your things. Parking is a surface lot right by the complex, so no walking through a large, multi-level parking lot or one that is across the street.
The complex has a large swimming pool, as well as a shuffle board court, a tennis and pickleball court, and a pool table. There are also Gas BBQ grills on the sun deck area for every renters use and picnic tables adjacent to the pool. The pool has new lounge chairs as well as new tables and chairs.
It is close to Shipwreck Island Water Park, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park. Or, rent wave runners or pontoon boats, go para-sailing, deep sea fishing, boat tours, mo-ped rentals, surfing, snorkeling, diving, St. Andrew Bay Park is close by, miniature and regular golf, close to restaurants and night life, and much more!
When you arrive, you will find that Mariner West is centrally located and is within walking distance or a short drive to the many wonderful and exciting things to see and do in the Panama City Beach area.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday, by the week only, beginning May 24 through August 2. Otherwise we rent by the month, week, or 3 days minimum during the rest of the year.
