Payment Notes
We do not take credit cards.  We take Zelle, Venmo, or personal checks as long as they arrive to us in time to clear your bank before your stay.  We have a separate $300 damage deposit which also is a reservation deposit.  We must have the $300 in order to reserve your dates.  The remainder of your reservation amount is due at least 30 days before you check in.  The $300 is fully refundable within a week of your departure as long as the cleaning crew reports that there is no damage, nothing is missing, and that the condo has been left in good condition.
