There are new HIP rules in effect. Due to this, rental registrations will now go through theparknspot system. Once reserved, 2 weeks before arrival I will send out welcome letter which will have a link for your reservation.
Cash is no longer accepted in the office. Parking passes and wristbands must be paid for with credit, debit or tap-to-pay.

Our Sunbird condo is privately owned, 1bedroom, 1 bath and 609 sq. ft, vacation rental located on the 8th floor with fantastic views of the Gulf of America from our private balcony.
Eighth floor, front type "C" Condo overlooking one of three pools with a beautiful view of the beach.
We provide FREE use of a set of beach chaises with umbrella when renting from us in season.
Our condo has been completely remodeled over the past couple years in steps with the most recent in 2021. This is a Non-Smoking Condominium in great condition. The unit has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, tiled floors in all rooms except the bedroom, and much more. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion! Heated pool from Noveber 1st until April 1st. Cable TV in both the living room and bedroom with the living room also having a Roku box and Edge game station.
Located on Thomas Drive. The Sunbird has lots to offer with restaurants such as Pineapple Willie's and Pompanos. Signal Hill Golf Course is within walking distance.
* Renters must be 25 years or older and must reside in unit during the entire stay. * Sorry, Pets are Not Permitted. * No Smoking.
NOTE: NEW PARKING SYSTEM CALLED PARKNSPOT. A LINK WILL BE SENT TO YOU TO REGISTER 2 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH OUR WELCOME The fee is $35 and includes 1 PARKING PASS and $6 for ARMBANDS UP TO 4 GUESTS for 10 and up. These fees include the taxes. There is a proccessing fee which appears to be 3.53% An example is Regitstration $35. 4 wristbands, but only 2 are 10 or above. This would be $12 as the 2 under do need wrist bands. The total prossessing fee on $47 is $1.66 for a total of $48.66.
Additonal Parking abailable at the city lot near Ripley for a fee. COA FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Payment Notes
All Holidays are weekend rates (Fri-Sat) are typically $15/nt more, but vary based on time of year. Once reserved, bookings will be added to my site as I use that to keep all calendars updated and it accepts the fees.
Cleaning fee is per 3 weeks, longer stays require a mid clean and will be added to invoice if not added buy guest. Weekly rates include all taxes.
NOTE: Stays less than minimum will have a premium added which is the difference between weekday and weekend rate unless they involve a changeover day. Monthly rentals not allowed in summer.
