This Beautiful, Beachfront property is PET FRIENDLY!!!  Pelican Walk 407 is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom vacation rental that sleeps 6 guests and offers a Spectacular view of the turquoise waters from the ceiling to floor windows located in the kitchen, dining, and living room area.  The Spacious, 4th Floor Condo is approximately 1450 sq. ft and features a large, private balcony with a direct, east and west view of the Gulf of America.  The private beachfront balcony offers polywood furniture and is great for relaxing and enjoying morning coffee or afternoon beverages with family and friends.  

Unit 407 is ideally located, centered in the middle of the building and offers a stunning, open floor plan with views of the emerald green waters and breathtaking sunsets.  The beachfront condo features two full master bedroom suites with King size beds and adjoining bathrooms.  A Queen blow up mattress is available if needed.  Take advantage of the well equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, HDTV's in every room, expanded cable, and FREE WI-FI.  

Pelican Walk is a Wonderful Beachfront resort with a tropical atmosphere that boasts a broad range of amenities,  private beach access and convenient beach rental service.  Guests have access to the clubhouse which offers pool tables and a lounging area, two gulf-front swimming pools (one heated year round), charcoal & gas grill areas, hot tub, sauna, racquetball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts and much more!  

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay!  Located right on the sand and close to all that Panama City Beach has to offer...St. Andrews State Park, restaurants, shopping, arcades, mini golf, entertainment, pontoon and jet ski rentals, fishing, golf and much much more!!!  Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated, friendly staff located on-site that are more than happy to assist you and your family with the best vacation ever!  Peak Season (June-July) rents weekly Saturday to Saturday. (Check with owner for split days and exceptions)   Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out at 10 AM.  Early Check-in and Late Check-out is available upon request with an additional fee.  

Pelican Walk is one of few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach!   Pelican Walk offers a designated grass area for your pet with bench seating for relaxation.   The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 25 lbs or less.  All dogs must be registered upon arrival and issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve.  Pet Fee is $150/per pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.  Pet Fee is non-refundable.  The Pelican Walk experience is a must have as we are dedicatied to making your vacation the Best!
