Palazzo is an upscale and elegant condominium located on the calm and desirable “West” end of Panama City Beach.  Unlike any others in the area, Palazzo Condominiums is low density consisting of only 129 units – many occupied by long term residents – where the beach area is wide and not very crowded during the busy months. The beautiful and comfortable Palazzo opened in 2008, making it one of the newest buildings on the beach. 3 elevators never a wait. Best on the beach.



Palazzo’s premium location is only a little over a mile from the fabulous Pier Park – the lifestyle center and one of the most popular attractions of Panama City Beach. Winn-Dixie, CVS Pharmacy, gift shops and other local restaurants are conveniently located just across the street and short walking distance. The Panahandle's #1 restaurant has a location directly acorss the street, McGuires!!! The new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is just 12 miles away from the building! Palazzo is very close to the best Panama City Beach has to offer, but far enough from the traffic gridlocks and overcrowded areas. 

Our beautiful condo has all the amenities and interior touches that guests need for a wonderful vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated on an expansive open floor plan totaling 1,026 sq.ft. of space, making it one of the largest 1 bedroom, 2 bath floor plans on the beach! Unit 1704 is the Penthouse with tile floors throughout, ten-foot ceilings, sliding balcony doors that reach from floor to ceiling and stretch almost the entire width of the condo, giving you a spectacular view of the gulf from the kitchen, dining and living areas.  No noise above us!
The living room features crown molding has a leather sofa (a queen size sleeper) and an oversized recliner chair for comfort and relaxation.  It has a HUGE 75” Flat screen Smart TV with FREE Cable. Bring the Xbox or PlayStation and hook right in!

A cozy counter high dining table with 2 chairs and a large breakfast bar with 4 swivel bar stools provide plenty of options for dining in. A fully accessorized kitchen with plenty of cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large pantry offer everything you need for cooking and entertainment.

The Master Bedroom suite has a HUGE 65” Flat Screen Smart TV as well. The black-out drapes make sleeping in easy. The Bunk room off the hallway has an added door and it includes twin bunks for kids and teenagers (no adults in the bunk beds) and it has its own bathroom. It includes a TV and built in DVD Player for the kiddos as well as shelving and closet space. Both bathrooms have grab bars installed making it ADA friendly. We also provide a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The condo has a dehumidifier.

The view from the 17th floor balcony is amazing! Be ready for beautiful sunsets. Watch closely and you may spot dolphins and rays and other wildlife just offshore! The balcony has a high quality 3 bar stool height chairs and a high-top table for enjoying meals or drinks. In addition, there are 2 comfortable padded lounge chairs for chilling or just enjoying the sun.
FREE twin padded chaise lounge chairs and a large beach umbrella is included with the rental of this condo which saves you $40/day. The season runs from March 1st thru October 10th. FREE Wireless Internet is also provided.

Palazzo’s elevated gulf front pool and hot tub are located on the fifth level of the building, providing a spectacular view of the beach and gulf. The pool is heated seasonally and both pool/hot tub are open year-round. There are restrooms and vending machines at the same floor for your convenience.  This floor also includes a beautiful lobby and a large meeting room with amazing views. Beach access is at the first parking level, featuring a decorative water feature and showers.

Work out on a treadmill, cycle, or elliptical while watching the stingrays or dolphins swim by! Our clean gym is also elevated and has huge glass windows facing directly at the gulf. There is also a large variety of weight equipment to select from. 

Palazzo has four beach front levels of covered Gulf Front gated parking under the building - no need for massive parking garages with elevated walkways across the street. It is very convenient! Once you park, just walk over to one of the 3 elevators (rarely a wait) grab a luggage cart and the elevator takes you right to our front door on floor 17.  There is an additional $40 per vehicle parking fee which is good for the entire length of your stay. There is also an additional Palazzo parking lot across the street for larger vehicles.

The sugar-white sand beaches of the Florida Panhandle are voted as some of the best in the world!  The sand is so fine and clean it squeaks when you walk on it.

• The $300 security deposit will not be charged as long as there is a satisfactory inspection of unit and (return of all wrist bands etc if applicable. 13% Tax Rate
• Strictly NO SMOKING at any of the common areas and balconies. NO SMOKING in the condo.
• NO PETS!!
• The RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT and renter must be staying in the condo during the entire rental period. ADULT/FAMILY RENTERS ONLY.

Our condo will be professionally cleaned after each departure with CDC approved cleaning products and procedures. Sheets, towels, and comforters are professionally laundered between guests. To provide sufficient cleaning time between guests, our check in hours is at 4pm and check out time is 10am. Early check in and late check out cannot be granted.
