3 Bedrooms 2 Bath House with Pool and Lake in the backyard ~ less than 1 block from Pier Park and 100 feet to beach entrance.
Our home is single story with NO STAIRS and a private screen enclosed saltwater pool. Avoid large crowds and competing for a spot on the beach, there are NO high rise condos on our beach. Pool paver decking, outdoor furniture and recently resurfaced gunite pool. 2 large bedrooms have King size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, also a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom (beds for 8). All linens are provided. Large fully equipped kitchen for eating in, table can extend to sit 8. Dependable wifi through out and 4 Roku tvs, so no fighting over what to watch. Ceiling fans in all rooms (also, cental air of course). Parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway, 1 car can park in garage if you like. Beach chairs and cart provided. Washer & Dryer & 2nd Full size Refrigerator in the Garage. Outside shower to wash off after a beach trip.
The house is a block to Pier Park. Pier Park is the #1 destination in Panama City Beach with over 900k square feet of shopping and entertainment. Pier Park has the perfect mix of local merchants and big box shopping including Target and Walmart. The restaurant selection includes local seafood, familiar favorites, sports bars and sweet treats. Entertainment options offered are an IMAX movie theater, Ferris wheel ,Ropes course, Mini Golf, Kiddie train rides and Dave & Busters. Dolly Pardon's Pirates Voyage Dinner Show is 1 mile aways. Frank Brown Park (1 mile away) offers tennis courts, pickle ball, swimming pools and basketball courts. It also hosts several festivals throughout the year including SandJam. Aaron Bessant Park (2 blocks away) with all it’s festivals (Jazz Fest, Car shows, Boat Shows, Food truck Fest, Beer Fest, Ironman, to name a few) amphatheater and concerts year round, all an easy walk from our house.

Many events in PCB (most are 2 blocks from our house) at Aaron Bessant Park- like the Free Summer Concert series every Thursday evening, sometimes you can hear the music just sitting at our pool!
