Total payment due a month prior to arrival.  I do accept partial payments.  I accept checks and Venmo .  $250 deposit required to secure your dates . Deposit will be taken off the balance owed , no deposit refunds after stay.  Cancellation has to be 60 days prior to stay or you will not receive a refund on deposit.
