Payment Notes
Reservation deposits converts to damage deposit upon arrival. At departure, the unit is cleaned and inventoried by housekeeping and made ready for the next guests. If no damage is found, deposit is returned.
HOUSEKEEPING FEE IS $100 PAID AT DEPARTURE TO CLEANING CREW.
If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit is refunded minus $25.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit is refunded IF the unit is re-rented for the same amount.
